Family Report
A Family Report is a comprehensive, independent assessment that assists families, legal practitioners and the Court to make informed decisions about parenting arrangements.
Assessments consider the child's developmental needs, family relationships and relevant information, and may include interviews with parents, children and other significant caregivers, together with observations of parent-child interactions where appropriate.
Child Impact Report
A Child Impact Report is a preliminary, child-focused assessment that assists the Court in understanding a child's experiences, relationships and developmental needs following parental separation.
The assessment identifies issues that may influence parenting arrangements and supports timely decision-making.
Parenting Capacity Assessment
A Parenting Capacity Assessment is an independent assessment of a parent's capacity to meet their child's developmental, emotional and physical needs.
Assessments consider parenting strengths, areas of concern and factors that may affect a child's safety, wellbeing and long-term development.
