HOW TO MAKE A REFERRAL
1. Initial Enquiry
Please contact me to discuss the matter and current availability. Assessment date options will be discussed before formal instructions are provided.
2. Joint Letter of Instruction
The parties provide a Joint Letter of Instruction confirming the agreed appointment date and instructions for the assessment.
3. Appointment Confirmation
Following receipt of the Joint Letter of Instruction, the appointment is formally confirmed and assessment information is provided to the parties.
4. Assessment Interviews
Assessment interviews are conducted.
5. Invoicing
Invoices are issued following completion of the assessment interviews.
6. Report Delivery
Reports are generally completed within 7–14 days following completion of interviews and are released upon receipt of full payment.
